Positive Transformation Through Quality Orchestra Music

LeBAM operated both at national and at community levels through multiple branches and centers until 2019 when it had to stop all its teaching activities due to the Covid pandemic and to the financial crisis.

LeBAM currently has revived its music performance activities since December 2022 through its National Youth Symphonic Band, a 57 members orchestra of its most advanced musicians. It has revived its teaching program as from March 2025.

The Lebanese Band Association for the promotion of Music (LeBAM) is a non-profit organization, non-political and non-religious-based, incorporated in March 2008 to establish and manage a community-based nation-wide orchestra music program, meant to promote culture, diversity, development, and citizenship.

LeBAM is established to:

Teach music for free and to high standards of excellence, on wind and percussion instruments that are freely put at the disposal of students, irrespective of financial capacity, gender, religious or political affiliations.
